The Porsche Cayenne which has served the Longestdrive so well is being prepared for a new challenge. Since returning from Canada to our base in the UK, the car has been further modified in preparation to its biggest test yet. The lights have been upgraded, a few niggling technical issues have been resolved, the electric system has been upgraded to make it easier to film on board and to allow communication systems to run smoothly. Our technician has been working closely with the crew to ensure that all concerns are being rectified.
The car will undertake a 46 days sea journey before arriving ‘Down Under’ where various administrative and technical checks will take place before it is ready to go on the road.
